I started going to Mama's 46 years ago and always loved their crispy crust pizza and fried eggplant. I stopped ordering the eggplant a few years ago when the marinara became soupy, almost like watered down ketchup. Now I guess Mama's forgot how to make a crispy crust pizza when Dean retired. It used to be a pierced crust baked on corn meal. Now it is was soggy and floppy as a Domino's crispy crust is. Doesn't anyone know how to make a crispy crust pizza anymore?
