Please note that the Firestone Service Center is not the same place as the Aafes Car Care Center. The Aafes Car Care Center is by the Kentucky Fried Chicken on Gruber Road, and the Firestone Service Center is by the North Post Base Exchange at Butner Gate. The Aafes Car Care Center is much better at taking care of us customers. I don't do the Firestone place anymore. Once was too many times for me.
