The overall experience was one of efficiency. From scheduling my pickup online (to the call back within 15 minutes) there was little, if any, hassle there.
On the day of pickup, the truck arrived on-time, the staff was polite and quick and were done within a few minutes.
If the need should come up, I would definitely use Junkman's services again!
