I had my air conditioner on 24/7 and it just wasn't cooling. I changed the filter and did everything I could to get it to work, but it didn't make a difference. My daughter and her family were coming in from North Carolina and I was desperate to have it fixed. I called Besco Air, which is close to my house, and they were able to get it fixed in the middle of a crazy heat wave.
The air conditioner was all frozen over when I called them. The gentleman told me it would cost more if they came at that time so he told me to turn it off and restart it to begin the defrosting. They came the very next day. They told me right up front what it was going to cost and there were no surprises.
The service was so nice. They were courteous, efficient. dependable. Everything I could say about them is true. I was so impressed that I will use them forever. I'll be calling them to come take a look at my furnace before the cold weather is here.
