Two hours ago I left Eric Vargas at Mission Viejo Auto Collision. I had purchased an RR bumper retainer because I thought I could install it myself. Eric didn't chastise me for bring in the part, he just took it and my Prius into the shop and about 20 minutes later brought the car back with the work completed. I had a prior estimate of 2 to 3 hours to do the job at another repair shop. VERY HAPPY VERY SATISFIED!!
