Jekyll and Hyde - That's what I got from this company. As long as I didn't question anything, they came every week and took care of the pool. However, once I questioned work that wasn't authorized, I couldn't reach anyone, calls weren't returned. And when I finally did get someone on the phone, I was yelled at and hung up on.
