After a heavy rainfall we noticed that some water was seeping into a bedroom. I called 5 companies to come out and give me estimates. Each company informed me that an entire new roof was required. Roofing specialists took a look and gave me the option of either replacing the roof now or completing some repairs that would address the issue and a total replacement for 2 more winters. They took the time to closely inspect my roof and explain my options. I will definetely be using them again in 2 to 3 years when I get the roof replaced.
