These guys are THE people to hire for your (animal) pest problem! They are professional and quickly respond to customer calls. Unlike other companies in this field, (who never call you back) these guys (Sean & Mark) follow up and they follow through, and get results!.... I hired Baystate WM last spring to rid my mother's two family home in Brighton that had a raccoon family in the attic. The guys came to the house, humanely trapped the raccoons in no time at all, and that what that, no more raccoon problem! Baystate WM is the way to go. My advice - hire them.
