toilet was leaking from a renovation two year ago. Mark told us that is one of the worst designed designer toilets ever made and that is why we got it on sale and that is why it leaked. He made it work and know it no longer leaks. we also had a old belange show fixture that had stopped working and my husband found out the part we needed was no longer made. Mark fixed that part and saved us having to tear out wall, put new fixture in. he was also very nice and very knoweledgable and honest.
