They performed a replacement of an existing A/C and furnace. Installation was completed in the planned time, and was up and running perfectly before they left. There were a few minor issues that cropped up later, but they were resolved very quickly. All of the employees that I've spoken with have been very friendly and will explain anything if you have questions.
