Had CAPS install my original system several years ago. Recently had a problem that the timer would not set to a daily interval. They sent out Edgar, who said he always set the systems for a set weekly of days to go off and was not familiar with complete system. I told him I wanted to set it at a four day interval but he set it to go off on Monday and Wed and NOT the four day interval I wanted. The system is still broke, I paid $95.00 for a service call, and still do not have it set for what I mwanted. So much for the 5 year warranty. I sent them an email complaining of the service but never heard back. Would definately NOT reccommend this company.
