Well, you certainly can't please everyone- I'm not sure what issues occurred with Tina D., but I used Williamson Services to clean my elderly aunt's 3-story town home as birthday gift to her and their window cleaner Benjamin Campbell was polite, professional, and on time. We were told he had over 15 years of experience and it showed. The windows were left cleaner than they ever had been, there was absolutely no damage to any of the flowers or outside plants near the windows, and he was able to do her stained glass and inside shower glass doors and mirrors. She was so thrilled with the service that we have him come out every 6 months now, he was even willing to work out a wonderful price deal for routine cleaning. I would recommend him to anyone
