My experience was terrible. I look for good customer service and honesty whenever I go out and buy a car. Hedberg Solomon Auto had terrible customer service. I was negotiating the price of a car and the salesman (Jared) told me he needed to talk to his paint guy because he was going to paint the bumper and needed to know how much it was going to cost before he gave me the price. Jared told me he would call me the next day (Friday). He never called so I called him and he was boating and the person I talked to knew nothing about our conversation. On Saturday I went to look at the car again and the person I talked to said it sold Saturday morning. I was very frustrated that Jared did not follow through with his promise to call me. He was boating both Friday and Saturday. Apparently I was not important enough to call back. If that is how they treat their customers stay away.
