I honestly did no have a chance to see the finished product as we moved out to of the condo. And I am slightly annoyed that I keep getting emails to rate the service and quality when I won't really have the ability to rate the quality because I no longer live at the residence. Also, the landlord decided that even though I had paid to have the carpets cleaned that because they did not clean the one room with the pet stains that it was not professional. I called Crystal Crystal the next day to see if I could get someone out to complete that room, and noone ever called me back. Funny how I cannot see to stop getting these emails, but I couldn't get someone to call me back about an actual complaint.
