The service was bad enough that I didn't leave a tip and I can count on one hand the times in my life that I've been so offended by service that I left no tip. The TN roll was good but the Dream roll was bad enough that I couldn't finish it. The restaurant was completely empty and we were there an hour and a half waiting on the food. We waited over 30 minutes for the appetizer alone. I checked on it about 15 minutes in because I didn't want it if it was going to come out at the same time as the sushi. I was told it would be right out. A lady came in, was seated, ordered, was brought her food, ate and left before we got our appetizer. About 15 minutes later I tried to cancel it because it was taking way too long and I figured the sushi should be out by now anyway. The waitress brought it out anyway and insisted it was now my responsibility. The sushi came out two rolls at a time. Two rolls for me and then by time I had eaten them, two rolls came out for my partner on one plate. Little did we realize and were not told, one of the rolls on his plate was actually my roll. So he ended up eating most of my roll before I mentioned that I didn't realize he had ordered the same thing as me. He informed me that he didn't and that's how we figured out that it was supposed to be mine, but now it was almost gone. Then as we are sitting there waiting on my partner's last two rolls the sushi chef comes to ask him if he really still wants them. My partner tells him he can take one off (it's now closing time because we've been there so long and although my partner wanted both of his remaining rolls, it clearly seemed like we were somehow putting them out and should get out of there as soon as possible.) I can't recommend this place and will definitely never be back. more
