Villa is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL place to get your car washed. I took my black truck to get a basic inside & out cleaning and also payed an extra fee for the undercarrrage to be washed. I returned an hour later to a scratched and still dripping with mud truck. I now have a huge scratch that is consistent with wiping motions down the length of the drivers side. I talked to the man on staff and he offered nothing to compensate and mockingly said to file a small claims report. I do not suggest ever going to Villa carwash, thats if there still there when im done.
