On March 23, 2010, Greg Bowman cashed a check for $2,020 for the materials and half the labor on a fence. As of today said fence has yet to be completed. I have provided capital to gather the materials, ensured there was sufficient clearance in the yard as well as electricity for power tools, yet he has failed to finish the job. Over the course of 21 months, I have made 36 phone calls to him to resolve this matter and he will not take my calls. The excuses include that his he was sick then his wife and truck was having repairs. He admits that he spent my money on the engine for his truck.
