I bought an oil change through an Internet discount website. I received the oil change and everything seemed fine. When weeks later I realized they had taken off my personal license plate plaque and replaced it with their company's logo plate! So they threw away my personal property without my permission to give themselves free advertisement! I just went in there to give them a chance to make it right, and all I got was a "sorry" from the receptionist!
