I have been eating at the Funhouse pizza in Raytown for over 40 years now and tonight will be the last time I ever go there. I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes, which is about how long it takes me to drive there. When I arrived I saw one of my Pizzas already done but was told to wait they were not ready yet after sitting an watching I noticed another one of my pizzas was ready, then they put them back In the oven to reheat them because the first one had been sitting out for 20 minutes. Finally after sitting there for 35 minutes my wife and I went up to ask if they had forgotten us and sure enough all our pizzas were ready but two had been place back in the oven to reheat them and were burnt and soggy the one large had shrunk down to the size of the medium. We did not even get an I'm sorry from the girl behind the counter or the manger we talked to she just complained about how busy they were. When we arrived there were only 4 tables of people there and one of those was done eating. I can see why every time I have been there in the last 6 months the place was basically empty. This is very tragic for me because Fun House has always been my favorite pizza until now. Good luck continuing the family business. By the way before you put the pizza in the box you should check and make sure there is no burnt paper on the bottom of it.
