This is the worst agency I've ever used. When we rented our house it was dirty, the yard hadn't been mowed, and the fridge was covered in something sticky. They also required a $50 application fee from all 3 of my roomates, yet only checked on one person. They also charged us for a plumming issue that we had been dealing with from day one. Finally, we spent a week and half cleaning and they charged us for cleaning, non-existant pet damage on the door, and missing blinds. They only time we touched the blinds was to clean them. Use them at your own risk!
