I first came here with a $15 oil change Groupon a few months ago. Surprisingly, I found this place to be really legit! Quite honestly, I've been to MANY oil change places and auto mechanics and have never felt that welcomed or they treat you like another number, not another person. Pacific Coast Tire does the opposite! Scott is the owner and he is AWESOME. He is really helpful, nice, and honest. They don't try to upsell you, either like those Jiffy Lube or EZ Lube type places.
