I will not recommend this place to anyone !! After taking a perfectly intact wedding dress for resale, the dress was ruined with holes on the top layer of the tool material. I understand that TGTBT is not responsible for clothes getting ruined but this wedding dress is un-saleable. It is totally ruined. Who wants to get married in repaired wedding dress? Kathy was the manager in charge and when I asked her for her last name, she said ""there is no last name just Kathy"". Kathy said it could be repaired but she would not pay for the repairs, so I am suppose to pay for repairs that TGTBT negligence. So instead of me making money I have to put out money. I am sooo disgusted with these people. I should have never taken this dress to TGTBT.
