ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. There was gum on the seats of the limo we rented for our wedding. The carpets were FILTHY. My wedding dress was dirty by the time I showed up at the church. The ""party"" bus we rented didn't have ipod access, looked NOTHING like the pictures advertised, AND the roof was falling down. When I called to complain the staff was dismissive and uncooperative. The managers even admitted to the broken roof and still refused to make the situation right. After several phone calls and e-mails they still refused to give me a credit. After they agreed to pay for cleaning my dress, they changed the terms of our deal and were rude about the entire situation. SAVE YOUR MONEY book someone else.
