We have done two projects with Realtime now - a short run of DVDs and four short run orders of promo CDs - and we couldn't be happier with how everything on both projects turned out. Pip (Realtime's experienced, down to earth, and personable owner) is friendly, professional, and more than timely. I can't believe we were using the impersonal mega monster Discmakers for 16 months. I love that we are paying the same amount (sometimes less) for better service, quicker turnaround times, and a more personal experience. As a Seattle record label it is important to us to work and build relationships locally. Realtime Duplication is a great example of why local is better! Thank you Pip
