Terrible management. Don't be fooled by the ""gate"". it's been broken for months. homeless people are digging through our dumpsters now. repeated calls go unanswered by BETH LOCKHART, and they tried to screen my calls. took two months just to get a sink fixed. also, some neighbors let there kids go screaming in the courtyard until 9:00 at night. screaming. not laughing and playing, mind you. screaming.
