I called a number of places to get a quote on a water heater rep[lacement and Waters Heaters Only was the best. They gave me a good quote, explained my options and what additional charges there might be, and answered all my questions (components, specs, warranties, everything) before I even made my decision. They were able to schedule an appointment to replace my unit that same day, and the technician (Kevin) had over 30 years in the business.\r
Kevin explained everything he was doing along the replacement process and was very helpful in answering all my additional questions and providing me information on making the best out of my new unit.\r
I had other quotes for about the same price, but I am extremely happy with the product and service that I received. I would recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone who asks.
