We ended up at Magnussen's after a not so good experience at Stevens Creek. We called Chris Lin and explained what we wanted and basically worked out a perfect deal over the phone. It was so perfect because we ended up with a 2013 model rather than a 2012 which is what we originally called for. Chris not only met our needs, but exceeded them. There wasn't a lot of back and forth. He listened to us and came back with the right deal the first time. We got a fair value on our trade-in without any painful negotiating. We even got a loaner car for a brief period of time while our car was being transported which gave us a little time to learn and love Lexus. The whole sales process was simple and easy and we will definitely call Chris when ready for our next car!
