I would never use another carpet cleaner. They came in and cleaned my sectional and did a great job. I can't believe they got it as clean as they did. I can't say enough good things about them. I have 4 dogs that use that sectional for their naps so you can imagine how it looked and smelled :). The tech pointed out a few stains he said might not come out before he did the job. But they came out anyway:). I'm very happy
