Don't ever use this company. Unless of course you like to be charged way more than they quote and like the surprise of finding out days after they pick up your stuff. If you are lucky, you will get your belongings within 8 weeks of when they pick it up. Oh, and don't expect anyone from NW Relocation to ever communicate with you. \r
