The Technician disconnected my cable 6/5/2012

The Technician disconnected my cable service from verizon,he was supposed to install Internet only but not even that was done, he left the modem on my desk unistalled and left me with no TV service as well. I called the company they refused to transfer my call to a supervisor and suggested that I should call verizon to correct the connection service (that was disconnected by the time warner technician.) more
