My Mom adopted a Cat from Cozy Cat Cottage in Powell in 2005. She has now gone to a nursing home and we cannot find a home for her kitty. I contacted Cozy Cat cottage and asked for their help in placing the kitty in a home. They would only help me if they could find our name in their records. They searched their records and our names were not found, and the owner refused to acknowledge that my Mom's kitty came from Cozy Cat. She was down right rude and unsympathetic actually and implied that I was not telling the truth. I cannot believe how callous this owner is. My Mom's kitty most definitely was purchased from Cozy Cat Cottage and I will never recommend Cozy Cat Cottage to any friends, family or peers.
