Russel returned to us in a happy state with no depression and without harm. Very few people don't understand how much this meant to me to see him happy and alert without depression.
In the KC area I was my own personal rescue center for animals , knowing how cruel people can be to thier so called pet gives me an acuit need to make sure no harm comes to them again.
