I contacted about 10 or more companies based on reviews to get a quote for Vynil Shutters. I asked for the same brand-name product, and provided the number of windows and all of the dimensions. Bill called within 30 minutes, and had the quote e-mailed to me right away. His quote was between $800 - $2500 cheaper than the rest of the quotes we received. He came to our home, took the measurements and we placed the order with him. 1 week later our shutters were ready and the technician had them installed in 2.5 hours.
