Dudley came out to give us a quote. He was the third quote we got. He beat the quotes of the other two vendors and his quote was for real wood! Dudley was very professional and did his quote on site. The shutters came in on time and we got a call from the installer, Carl the same day. Carl came out in less than a week to do our install. He had 25 sets of shutters installed within 3 hours!\r
