Anyone who can positively rate this business must be somehow affiliated with it. It is extremley poorly managed place with most members wondering when the doors are going to be shut. Business that is poorly managed and operated such as this gym should not be trusted with your personal information including the credit card information.
The customer service is non existent if you ask for a manager the front desk lady tells you that it is a corporation and there is no manager.
They have a cleaning crew of lady of one who is cleaning during the peak hours since this is her job in between other jobs. She cleans men's locker rooms during the peek hours making it impossible to use the shower.
Equipment is poorly maintained and staff never does the walk around and helps with stacking the weights. There are very few free weights and you have to hunt them down around the gym.
There is rarely soap and tissue paper at the gym. Equipment is dirty and old although once probably good now bad due to no maintenance.
The only pro is that is inexpensive but make sure to only use cash.
