We spent $1,793.61 for an acid stain on the driveway at our home. The finished concrete looked nothing like what was represented by the company. It looked so terrible that my wife cried when she saw it. The owner said that he would return to fix the job; however, noone ever returned. I wish that we had never found this company.

This review is very frustrating; this job was done over a year ago and was the second job we did for Richard G. We did respond back and go over the customer concerns in person within a couple of days. We thought the issue was resolved and the customer understood the condition of his existing concrete finish, not the acid stain we did, was the issue. This was explained beforehand also and the job was done at a 45 discount off of our regularly published price due to the poor condition of the driveway and knowing the end result would be less than perfect. Sledge Concrete Coating has not heard from this customer since that time, in May of 2011, and since this review we have tried to contact the customer to resolve this and have not had a return call. The customers warranties are still in place and will be honored.
