Poor in past customer service...20 yrs. ago bought an air conditioner (Bryant) 15 yrs. ago recommended my sister buy a Bryant air conditioner from SH&C too...8 yrs. ago told my son to buy a furnace from SH&C...5 yrs. ago I bought a furnace from them and 2 yrs. ago bought a Bryant air conditioner ....sister called because her air conditioner stopped working....needed a capacitor.....fixed in 15 min. the charge was $230...she is a senior citizen, handicapped and living on SSD... the TRIP CHARGE alone was $40 and she lives less than 5 miles from the shop...LABOR and PARTS were $190???..the unit was not cleaned, oiled or freon checked.....Can't figure it out...enlighten me please.
