i have used rose city for several projects and not only are they the least expensive option i have ever found their workmanship is impeccable and they are all friendly and very fast and they clean up their mess. its one of the few companies i have seen that the owner is involved in the process and frequently on the job sight. ray is the best as far as a foreman. i have always been pleased with their work and their prices, i would recommend them to anyone regardless of the job!
