DO NOT USE GBest Tax Svc if you value accuracy thoroughness efficiency fair pricing professionalism & availability for problems unless you like to be inconvenienced all around, pay too much & have yr refunds delayed for inexcusable mistakes. Upon the recommendation of Lisa Dukes Casto,my dad had his 2011 simple EZ MD & Fed no itemizations returns prepared by Grace Best & persuaded me to have my federal return amended & my MD return done as he claimed me as a dep. Not only was he overcharged for simple returns, she submitted the wrong SSN, neglected to include last yrs overpymt into his refund, computed my fed rtn wrong so i owed more $ & failed to file my W4 w/MD so that my refund has been severely delayed. Msgs left with her were not returned for days. These mistakes made by Ms. Best are inexcusable for a PROFESSIONAL FEE-CHARGING TAX PREPARER.
