I regret this choice. Some of the work was adequate, but enough aspects were done poorly that I wish I would have chosen a different service provider.
The price quoted was not the price charged. I asked on multiple occasions what I would be charged. I was charged $22 more. Out of principle, I find this offensive. I think the service provider should be required to get a credit card receipt.
They were over 1 1/2 hours late. They called ahead, but an appointment is an appointment, and I expect my time to be respected. They didn't call and ask if this was okay. They merely called to inform me that they would be late.
They moved around items and did not replace them. Over a half a day has passed, and I still can't find things.
Their definition of deep cleaning does not sync with mine. For example, they left dusty times in rooms. They left dirty shoe prints all over the floor. Cabinets were not cleaned inside or out even though that was part of the discussion. Certain areas were just neglected. They also turned my air conditioner down 10 degrees. They did not inform me of this decision (which I wouldn't have approved of), and they left it down. Since they were late, I was extremely anxious to leave when they finished, and my air conditioning remained in the 60s. It's the little acts of disrespect that frustrated me.
It wasn't the worst service ever, but it certainly was not worth the price. I would not recommend them to a single person.
Some items were successfully cleaned, so I rate them 2.
