Tim Stassi was the most knowledgeable and helpful real estate agent I have ever worked with. If it wasn't for him I would have probably paid full price for my multi-unit building in Logan Square. Working with Tim he was able to negotiate the price, closing costs, and repairs that were needed and I got a smoking deal on my multi-unit, which is funny because I was considering buying a condo until Tim explained the benefits of buying a 2-Flat and having tenants help pay my mortgage! GENIUS! I now live in a 2-Flat with my tenants and I have low costs! I would definitely recommend Tim Stassi to anyone looking to buy real estate in Chicago.
