When I was picking up my suit on Saturday, I saw how one of the Iris?s workers was taking an enormous amount of blue bags from the cleaner to Laundromat next door to have them cleaned there. I will never trust any expensive item from my wardrobe to be cleaned at Iris. AVOID.
