Mike made us welcomed and comfortable immediately the moment we arrived. He looked like waiting for us. He was very courteous, friendly and full of information. He was smiling all the time (in front of us) and slowly and deliberately explained to us the features contained in the car. He made us feel we got the worth of our money. Overall experience can be expressed only by the word fantastic!
