I was skeptical about joining a franchise like GISFW, afraid that it would be gimmicky and cost a ton. But as soon as I entered GISFW in Medford, I knew these guys were the real deal. The trainers here are super knowledgeable, most having received their bachelors degree in exercise science. They all have great people skills and are very patient and kind. They truly care about each client and their goals, will listen to you, and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. A+
