Owner, Carlos, complained how plane was delayed on tarmac and stated he was about to leave and strand my family in unfamiliar city. As consequence, he would not do en route store. As for return trip, Ultimate Town Car was a no-show. When hotel phoned owner, Carlos, he complained that his computer was down and how he was preoccupied with a house full of his kids, stated he could not take my family to airport despite having paid in advance. I requested Carlos to charge back the money to my credit card but he said I would have to prove he made a charge. Took weeks for a refund by handwritten check. Never again. Should be reported to board of consumer affairs.
