Went online Saturday night around 9:30pm to schedule an appointment for Monday or Tuesday and by 10:00pm, my cell phone was ringing. My wife spoke with a representative and had an appointment for Monday afternoon. When the Technician arrived on Monday he was personable and professional. He quickly fixed my A/C and didn't seem to mind me asking him questions about the repair.
