I had a couple of bad experiences with the Receptionist Staff at this Clinic however, Dr. Jackson addressed the issue and personally apologized for my inconvenience. I greatly appreciate his concern for his patients and Im very satisfied with the level of professionalism my situation was handled with. Dr. Jackson is a great Doctor that really cares about his patients. HIs personal touch is an added plus.
