My fear in choosing a contractor was finding a ?knowledgeable? contractor that I could trust to follow through on their commitment. The Project specialist gave me a complete proposal- spent the time necessary to answer ALL my questions, sat down with me to explain the proposal and did not try to ?sell up?- actually mentioned ?If it were my house- he would?. All their employees- from the top to the guys loading the roof were responsible and courteous- very much appreciated.
