Studio Anya is more than a beautiful space with wonderful teachers and excellent energy - it's a philosophy of movement. Many studios in NYC offer classes that will make you sweat and create flexibility and/or strength; Studio Anya's classes teach me how to use my body. Of course, you'll notice afterward that your muscles may be sore, but more importantly, the ideas and games from class will echo in your head for weeks to come.
