My Wife first took our van in for transmission service while I was out of the country for work. She felt very comfortable and well taken care of. In all of our dealings, Dave has been very open and upfront with us regarding what he felt was needed, or not needed, regarding our van, including with an incident when our Son ran over a curb, damaging the transmission pan.
